”We have a new baby born among our families every month or so. Thanks to our midwife, we can assist with pre and post-natal care, but we still have to pay for the hospital or clinic care.
It's meant to be free, but if we don't pay, the new mother is ignored and denied help from the staff. We also help with baby clothes and extra food for the new mum. ”
